Academically:  Sherifatu attended Bagabaga primary school & Ghana senior high school. (GHANASCO)
 Fact about Kasira :Sherifatu is a great student & great athlete she started her early soccer carrier with while playing with street boys in June 17 2007 I spotted her playing with the boys and Instantly recommend her to the regional coach of the northern region girls team her impact was immediately recognized, in 2008 she invited to the junior national team for   the qualifier to the junior world cup in Trinidad & tobacco in the qualifiers Sherifatu score three goals & made a lot of assist for her team on their way to the qualifiers to the tournament,  though in the tournament Sherifatu didn’t score any goals for the national team she played all game and assisted in all the goals Ghana scored , 
In 2011 Sherifatu was called back to the national team again and this time  played all the qualifiers to Azerbaijan where she scored five goals in the qualifiers and made seven assist for her team, 
In the world cup itself Sherifatu played all the games and score once but assisted all in  the goals Ghana scored in the tournaments. She was  instrumental to the team in all the games where she caught the eyes of many collage scouts and including Coach Kevin Dempsey of LUS Sherifatu is waiting on her Ncaa clearing house to make up mind on witch college she will be attending. Sherifatu currently playing for Lepo Stars Ladies in her home town Tamale and she’s gotten goals to her credit already. 
            The African Union Economic, Social and Cultural Council has appointed and inaugurated Amb. Dickson A. O. Akoh, National Commandant, Peace Corps of Nigeria to head the Peace and Security Cluster Committee of the Council in Nigeria.             The Oyachaba K' Idoma was conferred this mandate in Abuja by the Country Representative of AU-ECOSOCC, Dr. Tunji Asaolu with the responsibility of popularizing the domestication and implementation of AU vision especially in the areas of conflict anticipation, preventing and combating terrorism, use of child soldiers, child trafficking and illicit proliferation of small arms.
