Ghana Basketball and it’s up & down

Ghana Basketball and it’s up & down It’s been a while since I passed by basketball courts in Accra, so last week I decide to work into a basketball court in town cancel line to see things for myself and I was very much satisfied with what I saw with kids having passion for the game even though we are not making much effort to improve the game. One thing I’ve learn from that very day is that we can make it happen even without the help of the officials of the Ghana basketball, I’ve made some move in the past by bringing Jake Sullivan from Iowa to partner with me and make Ghana basketball league look completely great to the outside world and Africa as whole. but that move could not go well because of personal interest from the kind of people who always want things for themselves, I brought Mohammed Salifou from New York and also Dominic and Alfred Jeff from France and the link fail because of what is well known in Ghana as back biting this guy’s kill all this dreams,

it's been a while since i last post some informations here for you guy's anyway i have been busy with my kids in the academy

My Parents tell me, that ever since I could walk I had always handle ball at something, with a special preference for basketballs. Funny enough, the basketball court is where I have mostly in my life felt at ease and little did I know then, that it was to be my life MOTOR.

My parents were not very excited with the prospects of me becoming professional basketball players. It was understandable as at that time, late 80’s and early 90’s, practically nobody made a decent living from playing professional basketball. They felt school was more important and fortunately for me I was not doing badly in school which eased their minds and allowed me to play basketball. I had a good time at the St Paul, Primary School and Ewulo Secondary School back than in Otukpo Benue state in Nigeria. These schools also gave me the opportunity to passionately play basketball during the sports periods. As you can imagine we used every second we had during breaks between classes to play ball. Basically we were always focused on playing during the whole day. I started playing in a school called Jesus college back than and in school. My first club experience was with OT united. After that I changed to EL dunia Hotel and finally got into the Dodan Warriors basketball club selection

A very good and stressful week for our program with the Keta senior high school Basketball team. It was great how we took the second place. Mfasntipim School won the tournament again but we will be back next year and hopefully we become champion. Though we lost to the best team of the tournament we portray the best players of the championship with Aflakpui Ernest leading the score line with 15 point 24 rebounds and with just two assist. The 17 year old 6:00 foot tall player made life hard for the Mfasntipim boys who were very fast in their offensively . : both; text-align: center;"> After the game I felt very bad because I know we could win the game but you know how the officiating with basketball go’s in this Country it’s one of those things but we’ll be back next .
